Terms of Service

Last updated: June 17, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Changelore (the "Service"), operated by Oleksandr Zavhorodnii, a sole proprietor (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) registered in Poland, NIP 6772479419 ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Changelore is a hosted "changelog as a service" platform that lets you create projects, author and publish changelog entries, and expose them to your end users via public pages, an API, RSS, and integrations. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite and by any access tokens you create. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Authentication is handled by our identity provider (Clerk).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • abuse rate limits, the API, or upload functionality;
  • resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payments provider. Plan limits (projects, seats, subscribers, and features) apply per your plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with prior notice.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you publish through the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights to publish it.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your projects at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with the law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
